Job Summary
Certified Nurses Aide (CNA) position focused on assisting the Charge Nurse in providing nursing care to residents. Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality care, monitoring residents, reporting condition changes, and maintaining infection control protocols. Required to assist with daily living activities and document resident care. Must attend training and comply with facility policies on resident rights and confidentiality. A compassionate attitude and ability to work with various departments is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
- Must possess the ability to use a computer with a degree of proficiency.
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with staff, residents, family members, visitors, government representatives, and the general public.
- Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm for caring for our residents.
- Must be able to meet the general health and physical requirements set forth by policy, which include a medical and physical examination.
