Job Summary
Conduct home health visits for adult and geriatric clients in York County, South Carolina, performing activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, oral feeding, and light housekeeping. Assist with range of motion exercises, transfers using mechanical lifting devices, ambulation, and vital sign checks. Provide medication assistance while maintaining accurate documentation. Maintain active status on the South Carolina Nurse Aide Registry and pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination. Requires reliable transportation, one year verifiable experience, and English proficiency. Join a multi-disciplinary team supported by 24/7 clinical manager on-call services.
Required Qualifications
- Must have access to reliable transportation
- Must be listed on the South Carolina Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing
- Must have at least 1 year verifiable work experience
- Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
- Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
- Have a criminal background check completed
- Meet all state requirements
