Job Summary
The Certified Nurses Aide (CNA) is responsible for providing high-quality direct care to residents, supporting their involvement in daily living activities, and adhering to care plans under the supervision of LPNs or RNs. The role includes basic nursing responsibilities, personal care, restorative services, monitoring resident well-being, and maintaining safety and infection control protocols. Candidates must possess a license from an approved Nursing Assistant Program and be currently certified. Key skills include resilience, effective communication, the ability to listen actively, and proficiency in English.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of state approved Nursing Assistant Program for the state in which the facility operates
- Current certification and listing on the state Registry.
