Job Summary
Provide direct personal care to homebound clients, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance. Assist with meal preparation, dietary needs, and light housekeeping tasks like laundry and linens. Monitor vital signs, administer medication reminders, and maintain accurate care records while following infection control protocols. Engage patients in conversation and offer emotional support. Maintain a current Colorado CNA license and work flexible PRN hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a current Colorado State CNA License
- Active certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- CNA Certification (Required)
- Ability to lift and move patients safely, as required
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in home healthcare or a related field preferred
- Experience in Home health: 1 year (Preferred)
