Job Summary
Provide direct in-home care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) under RN/LPN supervision. Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, eating, dressing, hygiene, mobility, and exercise; monitor health status and report changes. Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, dietary assistance, companionship, and emotional support. Assist with walking, transfers, and prescribed exercises; help with medication reminders and adherence per the care plan. Maintain patient safety and infection control; observe vital signs and document care activities. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, and maintain accurate records. Flexible PRN hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requires active CNA certification and willingness to work in-home in Denver, CO.
Required Qualifications
- Active CNA certification (Colorado)
- Current Colorado CNA license (required)
- Experience in home healthcare or related field preferred
- Ability to lift and move patients safely
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
