Job Summary
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) PRN, Evening Shift at Radford Green in Lincolnshire, IL. Provides direct nursing care to residents, assists with activities of daily living (dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting, exercising), administers treatments and procedures as instructed, and documents observations. Supervises care provided by Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants; transfers and escorts residents as needed; responds to signals promptly; maintains clean and orderly private rooms. Requires successful completion of an Illinois State approved CNA training program and registration with the Illinois State registry; prior geriatric experience preferred; ability to communicate effectively in English and perform basic arithmetic.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of an Illinois State approved nursing assistant training program
- Prior geriatric nursing aide experience preferred
- Registration with Illinois State registry required
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic
- Ability to document care given
