Job Summary
Part-time Nurse Practitioner to join the inpatient Palliative Care team at Newton-Wellesley Hospital. Responsibilities include triaging consults, independently performing inpatient consults and follow-ups, and providing symptom management and care coordination within established guidelines. Requires MA NP/APRN license, Master's in Nursing, 3+ years clinical experience with occupational emphasis, and ability to work two 10-hour in-person shifts weekly (Mon-Tue) on-site at 2014 Washington Street, Newton, MA. ACHPN preferred or obtainable within 1-2 years. Salary range $49.66-$119.76 hourly (annualized to $103,293–$249,101) with benefits; EEO, accommodations available.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree Nursing required
- Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) license in MA required
- 3 years clinical experience with occupational emphasis
- 3-5 years experience preferred
- 1-2 years management/administrative experience in healthcare setting
- ACHPN preferred or obtainable within 1-2 years of employment
