Job Summary
Certified Nurse Midwife provides comprehensive prenatal and women’s health care services in a team-based, integrated clinical environment, collaborating with OB/GYN physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality prenatal, gynecologic, and contraceptive management care; supports residency precepting for CHC’s nurse practitioner residency program; adheres to clinical practice guidelines (ACOG/ACNM/ADA) and CHC standards, engages in quality initiatives, and participates in daily huddles and team meetings to improve outcomes within a Federally Qualified Health Center setting in Meriden, CT.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed or license eligible in the state of CT
- Board Certified as a Certified Nurse Midwife, master’s degree or DNP required
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in CNM roles
- Current CPR certification
