Certified Nurse Midwife - Full time

Assist patients in labor and delivery, postpartum care, and provide professional obstetric and gynecologic services to ensure the safety and health of mothers and children. Deliver person-centered, holistic, trauma-informed, and gender-affirming care while identifying needs for additional support. Take 24-hour call shifts in rotation to cover laboring patients at the birth center and transferring hospitals. Maintain compliance with clinical practice guidelines, state and federal laws, and organizational policies through weekly chart reviews and emergency skills drills. Serve as a resource for staff by providing in-service education and consulting to outside agencies as assigned. Participate in local, state, and national organizations affecting nurse midwifery practice and contribute to public awareness of Women's Birth & Wellness Center services.
