Job Summary
Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join a multi-specialty rural health practice. Responsibilities include providing obstetric care within an OBGYN team, managing 20-25 patients per day, in-office sonography, and participation in a mentorship program for new graduates. The schedule features 3-4 clinical days, a call day, and a post-call half day off. Requires KY RN license and CNM license or eligibility, an advanced degree in nurse-midwifery, ACNM certification or eligibility, and minimum 40 deliveries during training. Located in Nashville, TN with competitive compensation including base salary plus productivity incentive, PTO, holidays, CME allowance, and comprehensive benefits. The practice emphasizes physician-led organization, provider-driven committees, malpractice coverage, and involvement in Women’s Health care across a large network.
Required Qualifications
- Kentucky RN License and CNM license or eligible
- Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience as an RN, prior to advanced training
- Advanced degree from an accredited Nurse-Midwifery program
- Minimum of 40 deliveries during training
- ACNM Certification or eligible
