Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) - Phoenix, AZ

Provide full-scope midwifery care including prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic services across outpatient clinic and hospital labor & delivery settings. Independently manage spontaneous vaginal deliveries and assist with cesarean births as needed. Perform well-woman exams, preventive screenings, and contraceptive counseling while supporting postpartum recovery with breastfeeding guidance and newborn care education. Educate patients on family planning, reproductive health, and birth options. Collaborate with OB/GYNs, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care. Document all patient encounters accurately and efficiently within the EHR. Promote evidence-based practice and patient advocacy throughout the care continuum.
