Job Summary
Join Hera Women’s Health’s new six-person CNM Laborist team delivering care in inpatient Labor & Delivery and outpatient follow-ups at Sunrise Hospital Birth Center (Level III NICU) in Las Vegas. Work three shifts per week in collaboration with Laborists and Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists to build a comprehensive midwifery service. Competitive salary of $150,000 plus production and quality bonuses, relocation allowance, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with match, PTO, malpractice coverage, and continuing education support. Requires ACNM-accredited CNM program graduate, Nevada CNM license with DEA and prescriptive authority; preferred 2 years of CNM experience. Strong interpersonal, culturally responsive care, and leadership within a team-oriented environment. Hospital privileges at Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center are provided; the role emphasizes empowerment and innovation in women’s health.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an ACNM-accredited Nurse-Midwifery program
- Current or eligible Nevada CNM license, DEA, and prescriptive authority
- Preferred 2 years of experience as a Certified Nurse Midwife
