Job Summary
Provide comprehensive prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic care, managing labor and attending vaginal deliveries while performing routine newborn assessments. Develop individualized care plans reflecting patient preferences and educate families throughout pregnancy and beyond. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and lactation consultants to promote informed, shared decision-making, while maintaining accurate medical documentation and delivering culturally sensitive care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, mentor future clinicians, and serve on hospital committees to help shape the Women's Health program. Join a collaborative team of five midwives and five OB/GYNs in Nashua, New Hampshire, offering full-scope midwifery with opportunities for professional growth within a Catholic health ministry.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Midwifery program
- Current or eligible New Hampshire APRN licensure
- Current AMCB certification
- DEA certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical judgment
- Commitment to evidence-based practice
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for collaborative, family-centered maternity care
- Live and Work in Southern New Hampshire
