Job Summary
Report changes in the resident's condition and assist with admission and discharge of patients. Under the guidance of a licensed nurse, provide quality and compassionate care to residents and patients. Maintain friendly, sociable interpersonal skills to offer comfort while collaborating within a team-based environment. This role supports inpatient sub-acute/short term rehabilitation, long-term care, nursing home care, and community hospice programs serving terminally ill patients.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid NYS CNA certification
- High School Diploma or GED
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
