Job Summary
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) PRN Day at Exalt Health (Venice, FL) providing direct patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, ambulation, transfers), ensuring patient comfort and safety, maintaining a clean and safe environment with infection control practices, communicating with patients/families/nurses/therapists, and documenting patient information and vital signs as directed. Requires strong communication, teamwork, and compassion to support rehabilitation goals; prior CNA experience preferred; must maintain professional standards and promote a healing environment; functional in a Microsoft Windows environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current BLS via the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required.
- Current, unencumbered Certification as a Nurse Assistant in states where required.
