Job Summary
Provide in-home and school-based CNA/HHA care for medically fragile children and adults. Assist with grooming, bathing, toileting, and daily activities; administer medications and record vitals; assess home environment for safety and well-being; provide emotional support to patients and families; perform First Aid/CPR when needed; act as a home health educator for families; participate in flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, or PRN); receive weekly pay and benefits; base pay $16/hour plus weekend, night, and holiday differentials; work directly in patients' homes or schools; collaborate with a supportive team.
Required Qualifications
- Active CPR certification required
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or preferred HHA
- Valid PPD skin test
