Certified Nurse Assistant Full Time Days Inpatient

Provide patient care under the supervision of an RN in an inpatient setting. Perform basic clinical and non-clinical tasks including obtaining vital signs, glucose monitoring, blood drain management, assisting with activities of daily living, and maintaining orderly patient rooms. Report findings to nursing staff promptly, document in the Electronic Health Record, and use proper body mechanics. Demonstrate professionalism, uphold patient rights, advocate for patients, and support unit operations. Maintain Kansas Nurse Aide certification and BLS certification in good standing; complete annual competencies and participate in staff meetings. May assist with other duties as requested; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a temperature-controlled environment with potential exposure to infectious disease.
