Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on the evening shift (2p-10p) at Independence Manor Care Center in Independence, MO. Responsibilities include bathing and dressing residents, assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, medication management as needed, maintaining accurate care records, collaborating with the care team to develop individualized care plans, and supporting residents’ emotional and psychological well-being. Full-time position with a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid quarterly over one year; in-person, facility-based care with flexible scheduling options.
