Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) needed to provide individualized resident care at Guilford Health Care Center in Greensboro, NC. Responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing), supporting mealtime needs, helping with mobility (transfers/positions), monitoring health status and vital signs, reporting changes to the nurse, and engaging residents in social and recreational activities while maintaining a safe, clean living environment. The role requires active CNA certification in the applicable state and strong communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities to collaborate with the nursing team and deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
Required Qualifications
