Job Summary
Conduct patient care under registered nurse supervision by cleaning and bathing patients, assisting with toileting and dressing, and turning, repositioning, and transferring individuals between beds and wheelchairs. Record vital signs including blood pressure and temperature, listen to health concerns, and report findings to nursing staff. Maintain compliance with vaccination requirements, physical exams, and CNA licensure while providing direct support for hygiene and clothing needs.

- Two Typed Professional Reference letters
- Physical exam in the last 10 months, PPD and MMR, varicella, Hep B, Drug screening lab works
