Job Summary
Conduct daily patient care under registered nurse supervision by taking and recording vital signs, assisting with hygiene and clothing needs, and performing bed baths. Transport residents within the facility, turning bedridden patients to prevent bedsores, and maintain clean, tidy living spaces. Set up meal trays, document food and fluid intake, and serve nutritional supplements while reporting any health issues immediately. Maintain confidentiality of all resident and facility data. Requires current CNA state certification and successful completion of a CNA program. Located in Far Rockaway, Queens, with a pay range of $23.00 to $28.00 per hour.
