Job Summary
Monitor resident health by reporting issues to the supervising nurse and taking vital signs. Perform personal hygiene tasks including bed baths and shaving, while setting up meal trays and documenting food/fluid intake. Transport bedridden residents within the facility, turning them to prevent bedsores, and maintain clean living spaces. Ensure confidentiality of all resident and facility data. Requires current CNA State Certification in good standing with the State Registry.
Required Qualifications

- Successful completion of a CNA program
- Current CNA State Certification
