Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) provide direct resident care, assist with ADLs and meals, adhere to infection-control policies, and report changes in residents’ condition to a supervisor. The role requires CNA certification by the State; high school diploma or GED preferred. Responsibilities include measuring and recording heights, weights, temperatures, pulses, respirations, and blood pressures, and assisting team members to ensure quality care for residents.
