Job Summary
Provide basic nursing care by assisting residents with personal, nutritional, and restorative care under a licensed nurse's supervision. Maintain resident safety through constant observation, promptly answer call lights, and transport residents as needed. Assist with cleanliness, grooming, nourishment, rest, and activity while promoting restorative care and respecting individual cultural and religious needs. Perform selected nursing procedures assigned by the Charge Nurse, keep equipment clean and stocked, and report changes in resident conditions immediately. Maintain confidentiality and attend required orientation and in-service training. Work a 4/2 full-time schedule from 3:00pm-11:00pm or 11:00pm-7:00am at a rate of $23.00-$25 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Active CNA certificate in California
- CPR certified
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for 4/2 schedule
- Must be available for 3:00pm-11:00pm shift
- Must be available for 11:00 pm - 7:00 am shift
- Must be able to pass fingerprint clearance through Department of Justice
- Must be able to pass background check
- Must be able to pass physical exam
- Must be able to pass TB test
- Must be able to pass drug screen
