Job Summary
Deliver personalized care in patient homes or facilities by assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene. Change linens, clean living areas, and maintain a safe environment. Measure and report vital signs, intake & output, and observe health changes. Assist with feeding, hydration, ambulation, and patient positioning while administering basic treatments like enemas or non-sterile dressings. Support medication adherence, prepare meals according to dietary needs, and offer companionship. Accompany patients to medical appointments or errands as needed, provide post-mortem care, and document all interactions with the nursing team. Requires CNA certification, 1 year of direct care experience, and the ability to lift 75–100 pounds. Earn $16 to $18 per hour with flexible scheduling, PTO, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) matching and health insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an approved CNA program or HHA certification course
- Ability to lift up to 75–100 pounds and stand or walk for prolonged periods
- Must pass any required pre-employment screenings and background checks

- At least 1 year of direct care experience preferred (hospice or home care a plus)
