Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a 99-bed skilled nursing facility. Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), collaborate with the clinical and rehab teams to implement plans of care, and support routine care tasks on 12-hour shifts (7am–7pm and 7pm–7am). Training and orientation are provided; PPE is available to protect staff and patients. The role includes shift-specific duties, interacting with patients and families, and contributing to a safe, caring environment. Location: Yucca Valley, CA.
