Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) PRN Days

Maintain medication carts and supplies; monitor inventory and reorder as needed. Accurately document all administrations in the Electronic Medication Administration Record (eMAR) system and administer medications in accordance with physician orders and resident care plans. Observe residents and promptly report changes, concerns, or needs to licensed nursing staff or appropriate department leaders. Perform additional duties as assigned to support resident care and team operations. Current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification and CPR certification required; long-term care or geriatric experience preferred.
