Job Summary
Assist patients and youth with activities of daily living and provide nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Perform and document rounds, report condition changes, obtain diagnostic specimens, and prepare transfer documentation. Complete all required care logs, provide oral and written reports, and maintain equipment and inventory. Work shifts from 2pm to 10pm or 10pm to 6am. Hold current CNA certification and BLS training with one year of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Certification up to date
- BLS (American Heart Association)
- One or more years of CNA experience
