Job Summary
Answer call lights and support residents' daily needs including mobility, bathing, dressing, and meals. Monitor comfort, preferences, and dietary needs while documenting intake/output and promptly reporting condition changes to nursing staff. Build lasting relationships with residents and their families by providing compassionate care to a geriatric population. Follow state, local, and federal long-term care guidelines within a supportive team environment focused on professional growth and respect.
Required Qualifications
- Current CNA certification
- Compassionate communication with coworkers and residents
