Job Summary
Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation while helping with meal preparation and feeding as needed. Provide companionship, emotional support, and light housekeeping related to patient care. Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse and maintain accurate, timely documentation per company guidelines. This role offers flexible PRN scheduling with mileage reimbursement for caregivers serving patients throughout the New River Valley.
Required Qualifications
- Active Virginia Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable Transportation
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
