Job Summary
Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and mobility transfers while monitoring changes in condition and behavior. Provide companionship, administer medication reminders within permitted scope, and perform light housekeeping related to care. Document services accurately, maintain regular communication with the office, and follow established plans of care. A current CNA license, CPR certification, and Level II background screening are required.
Required Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant license or certification
- Level II background screening
- Current CPR certification
- TB test completed within the past six months
- Current physical examination with a statement confirming freedom from communicable disease
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Valid driver's license
- Current automobile insurance
- Strong communication skills
