Job Summary
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) role at Fulton Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. Responsibilities include observing residents, reporting health issues to the supervising nurse, assisting with personal hygiene (bed baths, shaving), preparing and documenting meal trays and intake, feeding residents and providing nutrition support, making beds and maintaining a clean resident area, transporting residents within the facility, repositioning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores, and maintaining confidentiality of resident and facility data. Requires CNA program completion and current state CNA certification; team-oriented with good standing in the state registry.
