Job Summary
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) will provide direct patient care under supervision, participate in development and implementation of individualized Nursing Care Plans, perform basic nursing and helper services to support the comfort and needs of residents in short term rehabilitation and long-term care settings; responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, basic physical assessment, and supporting geriatric or rehabilitative care as part of a nursing team.
