Job Summary
Develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, utilizing basic physical assessment skills to meet customer needs. Perform various customer care activities and related nonprofessional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of customers at Crossview Care Center. This role supports both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care populations.
Required Qualifications
- State approved Certified Nursing Assistant Program

- Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative Nursing
