Job Summary
Conduct effective patient care duties under the supervision of licensed healthcare team members to maintain patient care flow. Maintain a safe and clean environment to enhance department operations. Demonstrate interpersonal skills and patient assessment abilities while adhering to infection control protocols. Utilize basic computer skills and organizational capabilities in an acute care setting. Requires current California CNA certification, BLS certification through the American Heart Association, and clear written and verbal English communication skills. Full-time night shift rotation at PIH Health, a nonprofit regional healthcare network serving Los Angeles, Orange, and San Gabriel Valley counties.
Required Qualifications
- Clear written and verbal English communication skills
- Knowledge of infection control
- Basic organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and patient assessment skills
- Must have a current California CNA certification
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- Evidence of continuing education where required
Desired Qualifications
