Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)

Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, eating, and using the restroom. Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respirations, and height/weight as instructed. Report any changes in residents' condition to supervisors immediately. Adhere to infection control policies and center protocols while working with the team to ensure appropriate care. This role supports both short-term rehab and long-term residents at a Queens nursing home and rehabilitation center. Current NYS CNA license required; BLS certification and proof of vaccination card necessary.
