Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating; support implementation of individualized care plans; engage residents in social activities and community events; contribute to fostering a healthy and active lifestyle; maintain residents’ dignity, comfort, and well-being; monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition; requires MN CNA license and English proficiency; benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 403(b) with discretionary employer match, Life/AD&D, disability insurances; shifts available (full-time and part-time) with rotating weekends/holidays; pick-your-shift scheduling.
Required Qualifications
