Certified Nurse Anesthetist

CRNA responsible for delivering anesthesia care within the scope of clinical privileges, including collecting and reviewing patient data, maintaining patient safety during anesthesia, preparing and administering medications, monitoring airway and physiological responses, completing required documentation (surgical safety checklist, pre-operative assessment, intra-operative anesthetic record, transfer-of-care note), and logging incidents in the Safety Portal.
