Certified Nurse Anesthetist

CRNA role delivering full-scope anesthesia care within a major not-for-profit health network. Primary responsibilities include reviewing and evaluating data pertinent to the patient’s medical history, maintaining patient safety through vigilant monitoring of airway, anesthesia depth, fluids status, and physiologic responses; administering medications and fluids per safe practice standards; completing required documentation (surgical safety checklist, pre-operative assessment, intra-operative anesthetic record, transfer-of-care note); logging incidents in the Safety Portal; and performing related duties as assigned. Education requirement is graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program.
