Job Summary
Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan; assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care; understand and practice infection control procedures; comply with documentation/record-keeping policies, including vitals; report violations of Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately. CNA/STNA certified and licensed to work in Michigan; shifts offered: 1st & 2nd, full-time and part-time; 8-hour shifts with a $2/hour second shift differential. 65-bed facility with comprehensive benefits including ESOP, 401(k) match, health/dental/vision/life insurance, PTO & holidays, tuition reimbursement, and more.
Required Qualifications
- Completed CNA/STNA Course / State Licensed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
