Certified Nurse Aide (STNA/CNA) – Nights at Ohio Valley Manor Care Community in Ripley, OH. Provides ADL assistance, mobility, feeding, vital signs monitoring, and thorough documentation in the facility's records under supervision of a licensed nurse.
