Job Summary
Provide routine daily nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting in accordance with resident assessments and care plans. Assist residents with bathing, feeding, dressing, observing intake, and mobility; measure and record vital signs; observe and report symptoms or changes to the Charge Nurse; contribute to resident care plans and ensure compliance with care policies and procedures. Strong observation, communication, and basic nursing skills expected to support safe, person-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Experience in a long-term care facility is preferred
