Job Summary
Perform ADLs as scheduled and assist Resident Assistants while monitoring changes in residents' conditions. Transfer and assist residents with mobility using gait belts and mechanical lifts, ensuring care is delivered with dignity. Maintain consistency with regulations and established best practices throughout daily duties. Commit to work every other weekend and scheduled holidays. Nurse Aide Certification is required for this Long Term Care role.
