Job Summary
Provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with resident assessments and care plans. Assist with bathing, feeding, dressing, moving residents, and responding to calls while measuring and recording vital signs. Detect and report situations that may cause resident accidents or injuries and contribute knowledge of resident conditions to care plans. Observe and report symptoms, reactions, and changes of conditions to the Charge Nurse. Hold a valid Certified Nurse Aide license and be at least 16 years of age.
