Job Summary
Provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with care plans. Assist with customary tasks including bathing, feeding, dressing, and moving residents between areas. Measure and record vital signs as assigned by the Charge Nurse, while detecting and reporting potential accidents, injuries, or changes in resident conditions. Contribute knowledge of resident needs to care plans and respond to calls. Maintain valid CNA licensure and at least 16 years of age. Experience in long-term care is preferred.
