Job Summary
Provide essential direct care to residents by assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and transferring. Collaborate with the Wellness Director when uncertainties arise regarding assignments, procedures, or situations. Maintain accurate documentation of resident progress and adhere to individualized plans of care to improve or maintain their abilities. This full-time 3rd shift position requires a valid CNA certification, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in basic nursing skills.
