Certified Nurse Aide

Certified Nurse Aide will provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident assessments and care plans. Responsibilities include delivering hands-on patient care, assisting with activities of daily living, ensuring resident safety, following care plans, documenting care given and communicating effectively with the care team to support residents’ wellbeing. Key skills include CNA proficiency, adherence to established care plans, accuracy in documentation, teamwork, and compassionate resident support.
