Weekend CNA at Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Butler, PA. Provide high-quality resident care including assisting with activities of daily living, mobility, and incontinence care; take vital signs and report changes to nursing staff; assist with medication management; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans; maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and interactions; uphold a commitment to resident-centered care and exceed expectations. Required Qualifications
