Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living, provide companionship and reassurance, and support a warm, homelike environment that values dignity and individualized attention. Collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated care while maintaining physical stamina for tasks including lifting, bending, and assisting with mobility. Required Qualifications
- Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility
