Job Summary
Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines. Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked. Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics. Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption. Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety. Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.
Required Qualifications
- Holds a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas
